Festival of Tibet 2000: Bombay

'Five Candles', a photography exhibition on Tibet and the Tibetans in exile was held at the Coomaraswamy Hall of the Prince of Wales Museum of Western India as a part of the six-day 'Festival of Tibet 2000'. The five exhibitions were 'Free Spirits' by Diane Barker (United Kingdom), 'Inside Tibet' 'Holy Holy' by Suresh Natarajan (India), 'Beyond Shangri-La' by Lobsang Wangyal (Tibetan-in-exile) and 'Tibet Reborn' by Vijay Kranti (India).

The photography exhibition was followed by 'Inside Tibet', a photo essay and presentation by Jaquiliene Meier and 'Tibet Reborn' a presentation by Vijay Kranti on March 14, 2000.


'Five Candles' were held at Prince of Wales Museum of Western India from March 12 to 17, 2000
