4th Wellbeing Camp (IIT Bombay, November 23, 2019)
Men-Tsee-Khang, Tibetan Medical and Astrological Institute of HH the Dalai Lama in association with Friends of Tibet Foundation for the Wellbeing conducted the 4th Wellbeing Medical Camp at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay on November 23, 2019. Titled 'Healthy Body & Healthy Mind', this outreach programme was organised to celebrate 103 years of Men-Tsee-Khang's public health services and in memory of Indulal C Kamdar, a supporter and an active participant of Wellbeing camp who passed away in Mumbai this year.

Dr Dorjee Rapten Neshar and Dr Tamdin Sangmo offered more than 50 health consultations and Tibetan Astrologer Kunga Dhondup offered 15 oral astrological consultations. During the function, Khatas, traditional Tibetan silk scarf, souvenirs and Sorig products were presented to the chief guest of the event — Tushar Gandhi and his family members — Sonal Gandhi, Kasturi Gandhi; faculty members and students from IIT Bombay; Sethu Das, Santosh Kangutkar, CA Kallianpur, Suresh Babu, Prasad Kulkarni and Volunteers from Friends of Tibet Foundation for the Wellbeing. The event was well received and witnessed by large number of patients from various parts of Mumbai, Gujarat, Pune and Goa.

Mumbai: Men-Tsee-Khang in collaboration with Friends of Tibet Foundation for the Wellbeing organised a day-long event at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Powai, Mumbai on November 23, 2019. Titled 'Healthy Body & Healthy Mind', the event was inaugurated by Tushar Gandhi, great-grandson of Mahatma Gandhi and Kasturba Gandhi in the presence of doctors and staff from Men-Tsee-Khang, faculty and students from Indian Institute of Technology and Friends of Tibet supporters and Volunteers. Dorjee Thakchoe, Event manager from the Body, Mind & Life Department of Men-Tsee-Khang introduced the event and the significance of the programme to the gathering.
