in the Parliament addressed to the Indian Foreign

He informed the house about the destruction of Tibet's
culture and religion and dumping of arms and
ammunitions there. He stressed the point that the
Government of India's foreign policy must take into
account the proposal by the Dalai Lama and suggested
that all support for a peaceful negotiation between
the Dalai Lama and Chinese leadership must be extended
and that establishing Tibet, a zone of peace must be
our strategy.
The foreign Minister Jaswant Singh responded by
saying, "The wound is healed but the scar is there..."
and the Government is not in the process of recalling
the past but looking forward for a better relation
with the Government of China. However, Government of
India is aware of the matter including the recent
delegation of the envoys of the Dalai Lama to China.
