The Chinese incursions continued in 1960. While Nehru counts the number of Chinese incursions, the Chinese leaders are getting ready for a larger conflict. Roads and communications lines are laid to the Indian border.
Were the five rounds of border talks held in 1960 just to gain time?
Today, the issue continues to haunt the Sino-Indian relations.
